The fixed microwave disinfection equipment for medical waste is designed for the harmless disposal of medical waste, specifically targeting infectious, hazardous, and pathological waste (excluding human limbs and organs). It can also be used to process deceased poultry during epidemic outbreaks.

The Weiyan Environmental Protection series products are designed as an automated operating system requiring minimal operator intervention, featuring the following characteristics:
1. Energy Efficient: Microwaves heat uniformly with no energy loss. They have high energy levels and strong penetration, enabling instant penetration into the material's interior. For example, the 3T/d processing model has an installed power of only 100 kilowatts, demonstrating excellent energy-saving potential.

Low Operating Temperature and Slow Heat Loss: When microwaves achieve the same level of disinfection as conventional heating, the temperature applied to the material is significantly lower than that of regular heating. Technical Principles:
Microwave disinfection results from the combined effects of microwave thermal effects and biological effects, allowing microwave energy to interact directly with bacteria and rapidly kill them.


Thermal Effects of Microwave Energy: Under the influence of a microwave field of a certain intensity, bacteria absorb microwave energy due to the presence of polarized molecules, leading to an increase in temperature that causes protein denaturation and loss of biological activity. The thermal effect of microwaves mainly plays a role in rapid heating for sterilization.
Non-Thermal Effects of Microwave Energy: The high-frequency electric field alters the structure of polarized molecules, causing mutations in proteins and physiological active substances within microorganisms, leading to a loss of viability or death. This provides a unique effect in sterilization that conventional physical methods do not offer.
Technical Features:
Microwave disinfection technology utilizes short disinfection times, rapid speed, strong penetration ability, uniform internal and external temperatures, energy savings, and effective disinfection results.
In the microwave field, cellular structures are damaged, disrupting the balance of substances inside and outside the cells, resulting in cell death. The combination of microwaves and steam enhances the disinfection effect.
Microwave disinfection technology does not produce dioxins or foul gases, and there is no wastewater discharge.
Equipment Process:
The microwave disinfection equipment employs a fully automatic processing system with hydraulic lifting, material crushing, microwave disinfection, and spiral discharge. It has a processing capacity of 3–10 t/d with a sterilization rate of ≥99.99%.
The automatic feeding device lifts the container holding the medical waste to the feeding chamber, and the chamber door opens automatically. The material then enters the crushing system, after which the chamber door closes automatically, and the crushing device shreds the medical waste into small pieces.
The microwave disinfection system and the spiral conveying system are activated, completing the medical waste disinfection process through microwave irradiation and steam-assisted heating. During the process, waste gas is automatically collected and treated. After disinfection, the medical waste is transported via the conveying system to the external storage bin of the equipment.

①After project signing, the company provides relevant technical materials and assists in the preparation of project feasibility and environmental assessment reports.
②During equipment manufacturing, the company supplies the necessary foundation drawings and circuit, waterway, and related diagrams for equipment installation. The technical department maintains contact with the customer to monitor civil construction progress, answer queries from the installation team, and adjust the equipment layout as needed.
③During installation and commissioning, the company provides free technical training for the customer's operating and maintenance personnel, ensuring they are proficient in operation and routine maintenance techniques to guarantee normal equipment functioning.
④After the acceptance process is complete, during the warranty period, the company will dispatch personnel to remain on-site until the customer's staff can fully take over operations.
⑤The after-sales department is responsible for the installation, debugging, and after-sales service of the microwave disinfection equipment. This department has a 24-hour emergency response service; should any equipment malfunction occur, we will provide technical guidance as quickly as possible.
⑥Once the system is officially operational, for one year (365 days) following the acceptance handover, if any equipment malfunctions occur due to product quality issues and the user has adhered to the product manual and standard operating procedures, the supplier will repair and replace parts free of charge. After one year, the supplier offers lifetime paid maintenance services and technical support.
⑦We establish customer profiles and conduct regular follow-ups to understand equipment performance. If customers wish to upgrade their products, we can offer favorable terms.
