2.Technical Principles:
Microwave disinfection results from the combined effects of thermal and biological mechanisms, allowing microwave energy to interact directly with bacteria for rapid sterilization.
(1)Thermal Effect of Microwave Energy: Under a certain intensity of microwave radiation, microorganisms absorb microwave energy due to the presence of polarized molecules, causing a temperature increase that denatures proteins and renders them biologically inactive. The thermal effect primarily facilitates rapid heating for sterilization.
(2)Non-Thermal Effect of Microwave Energy: The high-frequency electric field alters the structure of polarized molecules, leading to mutations in proteins and physiological active substances within microorganisms, causing loss of vitality or death. This non-thermal effect provides a unique sterilization mechanism not achievable by conventional physical methods.



3. Technical Features
(1) Microwave disinfection technology utilizes the characteristics of short disinfection time, rapid speed, strong penetration ability, uniform temperature inside and outside, energy savings, and effective disinfection.
(2) In the microwave field, the cellular structure is damaged, disrupting the balance of substances inside and outside the cell, leading to cell death.
(3) The combination of microwaves and steam enhances the disinfection effectiveness.
(4) Microwave disinfection technology does not produce dioxins or foul gases and has no wastewater discharge.
4、Process Flow:
The microwave disinfection equipment employs a fully automated processing system that includes hydraulic lifting, material crushing, microwave disinfection, and spiral discharge, with a processing capacity of 3 to 10 tons per day and a sterilization rate of ≥99.99%.
The automatic feeding device lifts the container holding the medical waste to the feeding chamber, where the chamber door cover opens automatically. The material then enters the crushing system from the container, after which the chamber door cover closes automatically. The crushing device shreds the medical waste into small pieces. The microwave disinfection system and spiral conveyor system are then activated, completing the disinfection process for the medical waste through microwave irradiation and steam-assisted heating. During this process, the waste gas is automatically collected and treated. Once the disinfection of the medical waste is complete, it is transported to the external storage silo via the conveyor system.

(1) After the project is signed, the company provides relevant technical documentation to assist in the preparation of the project feasibility report and environmental impact assessment report.
(2) During the equipment manufacturing period, the company promptly provides the necessary equipment foundation drawings, circuit diagrams, plumbing diagrams, and related documentation for smooth installation. The technical department maintains communication with the customer to understand the progress of civil works, answer any questions from the construction unit, and can make reasonable adjustments to equipment layout based on customer needs.
(3) During the project installation and commissioning phase, the company will provide technical training for the customer's operating and maintenance personnel, ensuring that they are proficient in operational techniques and routine maintenance for the normal operation of the equipment.
(4) After the acceptance is completed, the company will send personnel to assist on-site during the warranty period until the customer's operating personnel can fully take over.
(5) The after-sales department is responsible for the installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of the microwave disinfection equipment. This department has an emergency response service system that provides rapid technical guidance to customers in the event of equipment malfunction.
(6) Within one year (365 days) from the date of formal commissioning and acceptance by both parties, if the customer uses the equipment according to the product manual and normal operating procedures, and if any damage or malfunction occurs due to product quality issues, the supplier will repair and replace parts. After one year, the supplier offers paid repair services and technical support.
(7) Customer files will be established, and regular follow-ups will be conducted to understand the equipment's operational status. If customers need to upgrade their products, the company can provide discounts.
