Equipment Introduction:
The used tire recycling production line consists of various models of heavy-duty equipment. Its function is to automatically separate rubber, steel wire, and fiber materials from passenger car tires, truck tires, and industrial tires. This system utilizes a crushing and sorting method to recycle used tires for resource recovery and secondary application, achieving tire crushing, steel wire separation, and fiber separation. The finely processed rubber particles can effectively manage used tires while promoting resource regeneration and environmental protection.
Technical Features:
The entire line employs a modular design, achieving automation in production and capacity enhancement through an automated control system.
Ring Cutting + Wire Twisting Module: The ring cutter removes the inner bead of the tire, extending the life of subsequent crushing equipment and improving production efficiency. The wire twisting machine separates the steel wire from the bead, increasing the value of the product.
Used Tire Crushing Module: The waste tire with the toe cap removed is transported by a conveyor to a double-shaft shredder. The two sets of rotating blades in the shredder cut it into rubber strips, which are then sorted on a disc screen. Larger rubber chunks are returned to the double-shaft shredder for further crushing via a conveyor, while smaller chunks are transported to a rubber chunk buffer hopper. The buffer hopper has a buffering and adjusting function to ensure a steady feed to the next module.
Steel Wire Separation Module:The rubber chunks stored in the buffer hopper are uniformly fed to the steel wire separator via a conveyor, where they are finely crushed into a mixture of rubber particles (≤16mm) and steel wires. During this fine crushing process, the principles of shearing and pressing are utilized to separate the steel wire from the rubber. The rubber particles (≤16mm) are conveyed to the subsequent process, while the steel wire is output via another conveyor. Note: The particle size of the output products can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

Dust Removal Module: During the crushing process of used tires, we employ negative pressure dust collection at key locations to ensure that the dust generated during production is effectively managed.
Automated Control Module: An automated control system is used to intelligently control and integrate each machine in the crushing production line, allowing for capacity matching across different production stages and maximizing installed power usage, thereby achieving automation in the production process and enhancing capacity.
