The mobile kitchen waste treatment station developed and produced by Changsha Weiyan Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. is a professional device for non-polluting treatment of kitchen waste, also known as a kitchen waste treatment vehicle. This equipment not only collects kitchen waste but also quickly separates and processes contaminants. It effectively addresses the characteristics of kitchen waste through biological conversion, achieving a closed-loop treatment of kitchen waste. Compared to other treatment methods, it better utilizes the waste's value, genuinely turning waste into treasure.

2. Processing Technology
Process Description:This technology utilizes a kitchen waste treatment vehicle to collect and process kitchen waste. The waste undergoes pre-crushing treatment → residue-liquid separation → oil-water separation → sewage purification treatment on the vehicle.
First, the kitchen waste is lifted to the oil-water separation equipment. The circulating heating device in the oil-water separation equipment discharges grease to the grease collection device; the sewage then enters the sewage purification device, where it undergoes chemical treatment and filtration. Finally, it meets the sewage discharge standards before being released into the sewage pipeline.
Process Features:Integrated collection and processing, fast processing speed, long equipment lifespan, and at the top of the vehicle, large kitchen waste is crushed into smaller pieces before being separated into residue and liquid. The separated dewatered residue is stored in the rear garbage compartment of the vehicle (where room temperature fermentation bacteria and deodorizing bacteria can be added), while the separated oily wastewater is processed with low cost and labor intensity, without producing any foul odors.
3. Performance Characteristics and Advantages
2.1. Advanced:Employs high-tech products from both domestic and international sources, with forward-thinking concepts, multiple technology integrations, strong configurations, and multifunctional combinations for integrated operation.
2.2. Low Investment: Kitchen waste can be treated during collection. Compared to centralized treatment stations, there’s no need for additional construction of ground stations, reducing fixed investments by 70-80%.
2.3. Low Operating Costs: Kitchen waste can be processed on-site, saving transportation costs; the onboard treatment of kitchen waste reduces processing costs.
2.4. Short Project Construction Period: The kitchen waste treatment vehicle can be put into use immediately after procurement.
2.5. Small Footprint: The kitchen waste treatment vehicle only requires a parking lot for parking and maintenance, without the need for additional land planning.
2.6. Energy Saving and Eco-Friendly:The vehicle can operate with an external 380V power supply and can also be equipped with a generator, consuming low energy and operating at low costs, while requiring fewer workers, ensuring high work efficiency and safety, with a high degree of automation. The equipment operates with low noise and energy consumption; the treated water meets discharge standards for direct release.
2.7. High Processing Capacity: It can process 0.5 to 1 ton of kitchen waste per hour. Every ton of kitchen waste can recover 5% of waste oil.
2.8. Long Lifespan: The devices within the kitchen waste treatment vehicle are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, ensuring a long lifespan and easy cleaning. All vehicle components are sourced from well-known domestic and international brands, tested multiple times for good performance, stability, and durability.
The mobile kitchen waste treatment station operates with low noise, low energy consumption, and is eco-friendly. Operators only need to use the control buttons on the distribution cabinet, achieving integrated collection and processing with closed management.
The treated dry residue can be incinerated for electricity generation, used for breeding black soldier flies, or as fertilizer for soil, producing biomass-based fertilizers that promote the growth of crops and flowers.
The treated water can be directly discharged or reused.
The treated waste oil can be used as a chemical raw material, refined into biodiesel, or converted into lubricants.
Truly achieving the transformation of waste into valuable resources!
The kitchen waste wastewater is discharged into the urban sewage system, complying with the "Water Quality Standards for Sewage Discharge into Urban Sewers" (CJ 3082-1999), with a maximum allowable oil concentration of 100 ml/l and a maximum allowable COD concentration of 150 ml/l (500 ml/l applies to urban sewage systems with treatment plants). The kitchen wastewater treated by the mobile kitchen waste treatment station meets the urban sewage discharge requirements for both oil and COD concentrations.
